The Locomotive on the left is a 'Schools' Class 4-4-0; the locomotive on the right, having piston valve work, is an 'N' or 'U' Class 2-6-0. Comment 2

Seeing this picture brought a lot of memories back this is the exact place I used to work. I was a fitters apprentice I used to assist the fitter and Hes mate. the picture shows a valve overhaul great picture
